We are FIGHTTRIBE ('we', 'us', 'our') and we are committed to protecting your privacy.

FIGHTTRIBE is the controller of your personal data, a company registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 77172523), with head office: Urban Creative Workspace, Liesveld 4b, 3131CL Vlaardingen.

This privacy policy contains information about how we collect and use personal data. FIGHTTRIBE oversees FIGHTTRIBE.SHOP.

This privacy policy sets out the information we collect, the reasons why we collect this information and how we may use and share this information.

2.THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

Our website may contain links to and from websites of partner boutiques, retailers and charities. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that this privacy policy does not apply to those websites. We are not responsible or liable for the privacy policies or practices of those websites. Therefore, please check their policies before submitting any personal information to those websites.

3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW?

When you interact with us, through our website or by communicating with us, we may collect the following information about you:

• Information You Give Us: You may provide us with information about yourself when you register for an account on our website, place an order for products, complete online forms (such as registration forms, contests and surveys), sign up to receive our newsletters and special offers, enter a competition or promotion, participate in social media features with our website, or correspond with us (by email, phone, instant messaging apps, social media or other).

• Portability: You have the right to receive a subset of the personal data we collect from you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to request that we transfer such personal data to another party.
